**The $75.00 cancellation fee policy applies to all cancellations communicated at your doorstep or not verbally confirmed to our office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

By industry standards, 7 to 15 feet of ice dam per hour is how long it should take once the equipment is set up. Note: this is an estimated time frame and we cannot guarantee this will be the length of time it will take to completely fix your Ice Damming problem.
